Trying out my white bread with the Japanese Bread flour.

Before Baking

After baking, look better but still need to improve on the rolling skill, but this round the bread is even softer. I not able to bake this receipt anymore cos i have use up my last batch of Japanese Bread Flour.

First attempt on 20 Aug 2009, the bread look ugly with too much chocolate but when bite it is quite soft.
