White Bread

Trying out my white bread with the Japanese Bread flour.

Before Baking

After baking, look better but still need to improve on the rolling skill, but this round the bread is even softer. I not able to bake this receipt anymore cos i have use up my last batch of Japanese Bread Flour.

Baby first Bread

While I am doing my Chocolate Wassant, I pass a little small dought for gal to play, give her the rolling pin. She had fun with the rolling pin and pressing of the dough till I done my whole batch of Bread.

First attempt on 20 Aug 2009, the bread look ugly with too much chocolate but when bite it is quite soft.

Wow, I so Excited... finally I going to start blogging but the day when I try to upload some photo on 20 Aug 2009 when I tel myself I really have to start to blog to prevent myself to be so lazy, the blogger was down. I am about to give up to blog.... and now when baby is sleeping and I have finally finish my thing I am trying it for the last time to see whether it going to work before I give up, and finally I able to upload the photo yipee so happy, but my husband brought the camera out and I not able to upload any photo... ... haiz ... .... got to do it tomorrow... ...
